You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, linked to your mobile number, and for all activities conducted under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service allows you to post, store, and share certain content, including ads, text, images, or videos (Content).

You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the Content you post.

By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own the Content or have the necessary rights to use and grant us a license to display it.

2. Your Content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.

3. The Content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You grant SCC INFOTECH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Content solely for operating and promoting the Service.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post Content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

• Sell or advertise items outside the textile industry.

• Post counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.

• Create multiple accounts to spam, manipulate points, or duplicate ads.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, including sending unwelcome communications.

• Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas of the Service.

• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than posting legitimate textile-related ads.

The Service may include a points-based system to post advertisements or access features.

Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are for App use only.

SCC INFOTECH reserves the right to change points rules, value, or cost at any time without notice.

Fraudulent activity related to earning or using points will result in immediate account termination.

The Service provides an in-app chat feature to communicate with other users.

You agree to use this feature responsibly.

SCC INFOTECH is not responsible for any disputes or conduct of other users, on or off the Service.

We may monitor communications to enforce policies but are not obligated to do so.

Textile Vyapar is a platform connecting buyers and sellers.

SCC INFOTECH is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of items listed.

Users are solely responsible for transactions, including delivery, payment, and compliance with local laws.

SCC INFOTECH may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your account and content may be removed, though certain information may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

SCC INFOTECH does not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, or error-free.

All Content is provided by users; SCC INFOTECH is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing.

SCC INFOTECH, its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCC INFOTECH from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Gujarat, India.

SCC INFOTECH may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App.

Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
